Four Course Roman Themed Dinner

Tuesday, February 24th at 6:30 p.m.

Metro Bis is proud to feature a four-course, Roman themed dinner in conjunction with the University of Hartford’s Presidents’ College. Throughout the meal, Professor and historian Mari Firkatian will discuss how Rome’s expanding empire shaped its cuisine, the trade routes that carried new spices back to Rome, and the culinary traditions reviving a bygone era.
